Carriers have become big nightmares today. The youth is totally disillusioned with present education system. Tons of hard earned money and years of toil in classroom leaves the young mind bewildered.
Despite Lehman's spoils,there has been a metamorphosis in the economic scenario of the country.
This has made a paradigm shift in the thinking of today's youth. Management education has the potential of meeting the aspirations of these inquisitive minds. But the journey has to go through various spirals, before landing in the Management Institute.
VIMS's value based system, kept all of us on our toes, it was a tight rope walking, believe us ,our track record speaks. Past twelve months were a tiresome journey, yet at the end of of the day our resolve stands vindicated.
VIMS runs as a corporate entity. The Directors enjoy the power of MD of a company. Students are treated as 'Student Managers' with respect,love ,concern ,dignity and authority. Those who perform are rewarded and those who do not, are penalized. Counseling is done to address their shortcomings.
Examinations late night classes are held to emphasis the need for curriculum discipline. At VIMS special emphasis is given for Time ' as a precious resource.
The curriculum is industry specific ,which empowers the participants in understanding the intricacies of business responsibility for their future roles.
